Cost Plus

The “Cost Plus” contract delivery type is a preferred method where a fee percentage is placed on top of final costs to build the project.  This method is also referred to as “Open Book” and all invoices and receipts are provided with the monthly project Owner draw request or invoice.  Cost Plus delivery type works well when dealing with a renovation project or technically complex project where it is difficult to determine a fixed price.
