CM / GC

Wolf Construction & Development can deliver the contract acting as the CM/GC.   This method will include design and construction.  WCD will act as the construction manager, providing cost and constructability consultanting during the design process and identify risks based on our established means and methods.  We will work in concert with the Owner and the Owner’s Architect to determine the project costs and final budget.  Upon completion of design and cost determination, the Owner and WCD will execute a construction contract and WCD will then become the general contractor.
