Cost Plus Fixed Fee

WCD is able to provide a cost plus fixed fee contract delivery method.  In this method, the Owner will only pay a fixed fee for all services performed under the contract.  WCD will not be at risk on the costs and all invoices and receipts would be provided to the Owner in the monthly billing.  No matter how many change orders are issued or changes made, the originally negotiated fee will remain the same for the life of the project.
